The Good News Bible Study
SUNDAYS (9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.)
This is a study of the Bible and scriptural applications.  The group is currently working on selected books of the Old Testament.  As we review our foundation through the story of creation, the ancestry of our Jewish underpinnings and their exodus from Egypt, we weave the thread between Old Testament prophesy and New Testament fulfillment.  We plan an extensive study of the Tabernacle - its significance to understanding Jewish Law and how this powerfully descriptive traveling temple translates to the grace of the New Covenant with the coming of Jesus Christ.

Gathering To Connect
1st & 3rd Sundays of every month (10:30 a.m.)
For the next few months we will be discussing the book "When Bad Things Happen to Good People” by Rabbi Harold Kuschner. Madeline Baum will have copies available on Sunday for $10.00 each or you may borrow one if you would like. We will also have healthy snacks available!

If you’ve been considering joining Choir, this is the season to do that!  We are winding down our year and will only be singing an anthem at each service until the end of June!  Our Choir Connect Group takes place at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings in the Choir Room from now until June 26th.   Just come to the Choir Room at that time, and sing at the 11:00 service that day!  We’d love to have you with us!  Type your paragraph here.

Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the Couch Room.

Our scriptures offer so many amazing stories about amazing people - Esther, Jonah, Daniel, Samuel, David, Paul, the list goes on. And the stories themselves range in genre from action and adventure, to royal intrigue, to stories of romance and betrayal and exile and survival and deliverance and salvation. Join us and see if you can find the story of your life in "Great Stories of the Bible."

“One of the Most Unusual Periods in Pre-Christian History” – Leaders: Roy Emmett and Howard Heavner
Wednesdays at 6:30 P.M. in the Fellowship Hall

We’ll set the stage for the beginning of the lineage that led to the arrival of Jesus Christ. It will seem like a powerful novel of enormous proportions but the focus is actually The Book of Judges. The cast of characters will be the 15 Judges who God placed in charge of the nation of Israel before a king was appointed by God. It’s Israel’s transition into possessing the Promised Land and how the people dealt with the consequences of disobeying God.
